Mr. Richard Briggs
Richard Briggs graduated from Bridgewater State Teacher's College in 1967 with a B.S. in Education. In 1989, he received an M.S. in English from Nova Southeastern University. Mr. Briggs has taught English, Drama and Speech at Westminster Academy over the past twenty-six years. He currently teaches English 11 and Drama II & III. In addition, he has directed twenty-six musical and dramatic productions.

English 11 Honors presents a survey of American literature through study of classic novels. Emphasis is placed upon creative thinking skills and standardized test preparation.
Drama II
Drama II is an audition only class which focuses on acting skills and script writing.
Drama III
Drama III is an audition only class with advanced studies in Reader's Theater, audition skills, and play production.
