The WA swim team was started in the school year 1978-79 by Coach Tom Fagley. For 21 years they practiced in the pools where Coach Fagley was the coach for a US swim Club. In the fall of 1999 the WA competition pool and lesson pool were dedicated. The following is a summary of some of the major highlights of WA swimming.
