PHILOSOPHY OF TECHNOLOGY

Technology is viewed as a means to enhance learning, to develop God-given creative talents, to prepare students for the technological demands in college and the workplace, and to equip students to fulfill the cultural mandate. The development of students' technological and problem-solving skills focuses on creating, gathering, retrieving, storing, analyzing, and synthesizing information. Good stewardship, integrity, and respect for property provide an important foundation as students interact with technological tools, enabling them to become responsible citizens of the information age.
